The cooler 2020 has given this wine, based primarily on Grenache and Cinsault varieties, incredible freshness and attractiveness of aroma. The fruity cherry aromas from these varieties are ideally complemented by the spicy notes of liquorice and pepper from the Syrah variety. All underlined by firm but soft tannins.
