The 2017 Benchland Select is a classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, full of dark fruit, round, structured and with a long finish. Dark blackberry and blueberry dominate the nose. On the palate, mocha notes then catch the eye, followed by concentrated flavours of ripe blackberries and figs, leading to a full-bodied and rich finish, supported by firm tannins and a hint of dark chocolate. It is suitable for hearty stews, grilled steaks or fire-roasted vegetables. Enjoy now or age for another 7 to 10 years.
