Fog Swept Pinot Noir comes from two specific vineyards, Catapult and Diamond Pie. Both vineyards are planted with French Pinot Noir clones. The temperature difference in the vineyards reaches 27 degrees even in the summer. These are therefore ideal conditions for the slow ripening of the grapes. The wine has excellent structure and depth. It is fruity with notes of red fruits, raspberries, cranberries complemented by hints of forest undergrowth and leather. Silky tannins and juicy acidity only underline the elegant and sophisticated finish.
