The 2019 vintage is very classic in terms of this wine. A very good vintage gave the wine notes of pear, lemon zest, honey and baked toast with undertones of almond, baked apple and brioche. Very nice bubbles along with juicy acidity give a wine with a long attractive finish. The wine is aged for at least 3 years on fine lees.
