The grapes for Doctor's Cuvée wine are selected from the best parts of the Kenefick Ranch vineyards, and the wine itself is then blended from the best barrels from each separate part of the vineyards. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is an example of the best of Napa Valley. The wine is layered and complex in character with intense notes of dark berry fruit, cassis and mulberry with a spicy line after aging in oak barrels. Firm tannins together with juicy acidity lead to a very long persistence.
