In aroma and taste the wine is intense and floral, full of violets and roses. The fruit is dominated by black cherry and red fruit. On the palate the wine is nicely complemented by barrel work, sweet spices and minerality. The wine is balanced, energetic, with lower tannins and a very long elegant finish.
