Copavetic wine is a specialty of the Mettler winery. It is a non-vintage blend based on zinfandel, which is intended to be a pleasant (Copacetic) companion for weekdays, barbecues or gatherings with friends. The wine is harmonious with aromas, cherries and baking spices. Very balanced on the palette with silky tannins, juicy acidity and a long silky finish.
