This stunning sparkling wine has aroma of wild rappsberies, wild cherries and caramelized orange. The nose continues with roasted hazelnut and créme brulée. Palate is full of rappsberies, guava, cocoa and all spice. Very refreshing at the beginning with light mineral tones with velvety creameness. Very long finish with well balanced acidity.
