Blanc de Noirs 2021 is fresh on the nose with aromas of citrus, pineapple, raspberry, cherry, complemented by notes of roasted nuts and puff pastry. On the palate the wine is fuller with notes of oranges, red fruits, nectarines and peaches along with hints of almond biscuit. The wine has zesty acidity, elegant bubbles and a very long fresh finish.

Strict grape selection and 8 years of aging on the lees make J. Schram Blancs a worthy tribute to the winery's founder Jacob Schram. This sparkling wine is primarily based on the Pinot Noir grape variety.
