Blanc de Noirs 2023 is fresh on the nose with aromas of citrus, pineapple, raspberry, cherry, complemented by notes of roasted nuts and puff pastry. On the palate the wine is fuller with notes of oranges, red fruits, nectarines and peaches along with hints of almond biscuit. The wine has zesty acidity, elegant bubbles and a very long fresh finish.
