Stag´s Leap Wine Cellars S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

S.L.V is a reference to Stag's Leap Vineyards, the first vineyards planted in 1970. On the nose, the wine is elegant with hints of plum, dark fruit, violets, cocoa powder and graphite. On the palate, the wine is rich and structured with a clean fruit line and gravelly minerality. The wine has firm, ripe tannins, very juicy acidity and a long elegant finish.
