Amazing and full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon

Traditional style Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles. The aroma is dominated by notes of dark fruits and spicy notes of spices.

Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich, dark red wine with shades of black cherry. The nose is dominated by cedar, cinnamon, and spices, along with blackcurrant and thyme, complemented by the aroma of cigars. The taste is juicy, with granular tannins in the middle, complemented by plums and blackberries with long notes of graphite.

Baca Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a dense ruby colour with purple highlights. Ripe cassis, lavender and blackberry pie dominate the nose. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and approachable. Notes of dark fruit, rosehip, baking spices dominate. The wine has firm, ripe tannins, zesty acidity and a long smooth finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon Block Nine 2020 is a full-bodied wine. On the nose and palate notes of ripe plums, black currants and cassis dominate. Sweet spice, licorice and apple wood underline the complexity of this wine, and the firm tannins only complete the very long finish.
