Winemaker Pierre Seillan processes grapes from more than 50 different micro climats in 4 appellations. This palette of diverse aromas, flavours and textures gives Pierre everything he needs to create his unmistakable wines.
Each climate is harvested and vinified separately. And at the same time, each climate is treated with due care in relation to its type and aging in oak barrels.
These individual pieces of the puzzle then shape the final expression of the individual wines La Muse (90% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc, 4% Malbec), La Joie (71% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot) and Le Désir (87% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot, 3% Malbec).
