The 2021 Blanc de Blancs is very fresh on the nose with aromas of green apples, limes and baked bread crust. On the palate the wine is fresh with notes of ripe citrus fruit, green Granny Smith apples and roasted almonds. The wine has elegant bubbles, tangy acidity and a very long, juicy finish.
