Since its founding, Ridge has specialized in single-vineyard wines. The exception is Three Valleys, which is carefully blended from selections of multiple vineyards. Deep aromas of blackberries, anise, and espresso. Good structure and mouthfeel with raspberries and blackberries, dark chocolate, and baking spices. This wine can be enjoyed now and will continue to develop over the next five years.

A very lively and attractive wine. It is very rich and structured. Notes of dark blackberries, cherries and sweet spices dominate the nose and palate. The wine is balanced, fresh with round tannins and a very long finish.

Dark ruby colour with violet highlights. Dark berry fruit, blackberry, blueberry and mulberry dominate the nose. The palate is full-bodied with a strong fruit line complemented by spicy notes of vanilla, noble spices, dark chocolate and coffee beans.

A wine named after John Shafer's first tractor, the TD-9. The wine has a deep ruby colour with purple highlights. On the nose the wine is intense with notes of dark cherry, blackberry and overripe raspberry, complemented by hints of spice, cedar and humidor. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with aromas of ripe dark fruit, sweet spice and earthy notes of freshly ploughed arable land and forest undergrowth. The wine has firm tannins, juicy acidity and a very long, savoury finish.
