Rhone Rangers are wineries in California that are dedicated to growing varieties typical of the Rhone region of France. The already very distinctive character of the wines made from these varieties is enhanced by the California terroir.

One of the first California wineries to bottle its wines based on individual vineyards and regions of California, under the direction of oenologist David Raplh Bennion. This pioneering idea was subsequently adopted by more and more wineries. Their iconic wine from Estate Vineyard Montebello, which incidentally helped put California on the map of the wine world, is still the best of the state today and also part of this tasting package.
