Les Noisetiers is a combination of four locations on the Sonoma coast (Vine Hill Vineyard, Dutton Ranch, Laguna Ridge, and Trenton Roadhouse) and emphasizes the sandy soils of Gold Ridge in this area. The vinification process is based on techniques used in Burgundy. The result is one of the most luxurious and complex white wines produced in this region, with a mineral character that is rare in New World Chardonnays.

A freshly balanced and flavorful Chardonnay that flaunts vibrant peach, green apple, and tropical notes, followed by a lively acidity and a rich, creamy vanilla finish.

A light golden-coloured wine. The nose and palate are dominated by notes of ripe lime, yellow melon, sweet spices and honey brioche. The wine has juicy acidity and a long, smooth finish.

Chardonnay from the classic AVA for this variety, Russian River Valley. The wine is full on the palate with notes of white peach, citrus curd and green pears. Everything is fine-tuned with aromas after aging in oak barrels, baking spices and baked brioche. Very lively acid and a long attractive finish.
