The grapes for Jayson Cabernet Sauvignon come from the higher elevations of Napa Valley. In addition to its intense ruby color, the wine has a very distinctive aroma and taste of dark fruits, blackberries, and cassis, complemented by notes of graphite and minerality. The wine has juicy acidity, firm yet smooth tannins, and a very long, structured finish.

This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese comes from the high slopes of Atlas Peak, where temperatures can be up to 10 degrees cooler than the valley floor.

Chenoweth Ranch is a vineyard that yields some of the juiciest and richest wines in the Patz & Hall portfolio. Generous aromas of cinnamon, clove, dried cherries, blueberries and toasted almonds jump out at you from the glass. A full-bodied and rich Pinot Noir with firm tannins that retains elegance and purity with a very long finish.

This stony vineyard sits directly above Petaluma Gap, making it one of the coolest in the Patz & Hall winery portfolio. The grapes from this vineyard yield wines that have firmer tannins and pronounced acidity. This is a wine full of juicy red fruit and cranberry with spicy cinnamon and cocoa flavors. On the palate it is juicy and very long with an earthy finish. This wine deserves a few years in bottle to develop its full potential.
