The aroma of Dolce 2021 promises flavors of apricot and orange marmalade, which fully express themselves on the palate. The intense and bright fruitiness of this vintage also has more subtle notes of butter caramel and baked spices. These lively flavors are supported by the characteristic full and oily texture of Dolce wine, which leaves a delicious and elegant finish on the palate.

The 2020 vintage is very classic in terms of this wine. A very good vintage gave the wine notes of pear, lemon zest, honey and baked toast with undertones of almond, baked apple and brioche. Very nice bubbles along with juicy acidity give a wine with a long attractive finish. The wine is aged for at least 3 years on fine lees.
