Like any Sauvignon Blanc, this one is immediately presented with an expressive fruity and very inviting aroma. Notes of fresh pineapple, white peach or tropical fruit. The taste of the wine is delicately refreshing with a light body and a very distinctive fruit line. In the end, fresh acid dominates, which encourages you to take another sip over and over again.

The wine is light golden in colour with a fresh aroma of ripe citrus and caramelised apples.

The Sauvignon Blanc from Rutherford Estate was fermented partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in neutral oak barrels.

The wine has a bright, delicate golden colour. On the nose and in the taste we can smell ripe apples, nectarines and sweet citrus fruits, complemented by a subtle spiciness after aging in oak barrels.
