When you combine an iconic winery with an iconic vineyard, an iconic wine is born. A deep ruby colour with violet highlights. Dark berries, cedar, tobacco and graphite on the nose. On the palate, the wine is powerful, structured but elegant at the same time. Again, dark berry fruit dominates with notes of noble spices, humidor and freshly cut pencil. The wine has racy acidity, firm but ripe tannins and a very long finish.

The wine has rich and deep aromas of red fruits - raspberries and strawberries, followed by exotic notes of candied mango, pineapple and papaya.

Strict grape selection and 8 years of aging on the lees make J. Schram Blancs a worthy tribute to the winery's founder Jacob Schram. This sparkling wine is primarily based on the Charodnnay variety.
